Dress Rehearsal– Thursday, June 14, 2012- Times to be posted on website.
Place: West Babylon High School, Route 109, West Babylon
All classes will be in both Friday and Saturday Evening performances
with the exception of the following classes:

Performance schedule will be distributed

1. In order for ticket sales to go smoothly, we will use the lottery system. Please take time to read the following procedures. If you have any questions or do not fully understand the procedures, please ask a member of our staff.
2. Your family's lottery numbers are drawn by your child in class. The numbers drawn indicate the order in which your tickets are chosen. One number is drawn per family for Friday and Saturday EVENING shows.
3. Saturday AFTERNOON will be open seating.
4. PLEASE DO NOT BUY TICKETS FOR PERFORMERS. THEY ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE AUDITORIUM AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON.
5. The price of the ticket is $20*. You may purchase as many tickets as you like. Tickets can be purchased by leaving your ticket order with our staff no later than Saturday, May 12th. Saturday’s ticket can be used for both afternoon and evening performances.
6. Please fill out the front of the "ticket sale envelope" completely and place the exact amount of cash or fill out the credit card information on your ticket envelope and submit the envelope to the office. Envelopes will be distributed after 4/16
7. Once all envelopes are collected, we will fill ticket orders in lottery number order. When we come to your number we will choose the next available seats.
8. Please note that it is extremely important you notify us of any specific seat requirements, i.e., wheel chairs.
9. Accounts MUST be paid in full, including June payments prior to receiving your tickets.
10. Tickets will be distributed the week of June 4th. Unsold tickets, if available will be sold at that time.
