Welcome to the 2010-2011 competition season.  We are very excited for our new team members as well as our returning team members.  It is a privilege to be selected for team.  As team members, your children will set the example in our school.

Absences
Attendance is very important.  A total of 3 absences will be allowed.  After 3 absences, you will be up for review and may be asked to step down from team.

Tuition
Tuition is due on the first of the month.  All competition costumes, make-up etc.  must be paid in full. Entry fees must be paid in full prior to that competition.  

Solos, Duets and Trios
Any team member is permitted to participate in as many solos, duets and trios if they wish as long as there is time available in the schedule.  Participating in a solo, duet or trio gives an individual private attention.  This will only improve their dance skills and builds confidence when performing.

Competition Accessories and Warmups
Team warmups are required for competition as well as make up and jewelry. 

Fundraising
This year an Elite Parents Association was established and they will be holding fundraising events and programs through the year to help with competition costs.  The first program is technology recycling which will run the month of September.   In November we will be having a comedy night at Govenor's in Levittown.  Tickets are on sale now and are first come first serve.  NOTE:  more than ½ of  the tickets are already sold. 

Competition Dates
Competition dates will be available in September.  The dates that are chosen are for specific reasons so please make every effort possible to work them into your schedule.

Attire: 

Dance Attire is mandatory when you are on Dance Team.  Being on Team means you are representing the best of Elite Dance Studio.  We take pride in our dancers and we want you to take pride in your appearance.  Click Here for a list of attire descriptions for each class you will be taking.  Please review this list carefully.  Attire rules will be strictly enforced.

All dancers are required to compete in all the competitions that their teams will be in.  Please mark your calendar and keep these dates open.  Unless we hear from you personally, we will be entering each dancer two months in advance for the competition so we don't get closed out of the competition.  Dates are subject to change.  If you have a conflict and cannot attend, please tell us immediately.  All fees are non-refundable.  Entry from and fees must be filled out and paid one month prior to each competition.
