Absences
Attendance is very important, if you are absent you must call and let us know.  If you miss a team practice it will be up to the teachers dicrecression if you need to take a private to make it up.  For all Juniors & Seniors, if you miss a ballet class a 30 minute private will be required to make up that class.  After 3 absences, you will be up for review and may be asked to step down from team.

Tuition
Tuition is due on the first of the month.  All competition costumes, make-up etc.  must be paid in full. Entry fees must be paid in full prior to that competition.  

Solos, Duets and Trios
Any team member is permitted to participate in as many solos, duets and trios if they wish as long as there is time available in the schedule.  Participating in a solo, duet or trio gives an individual private attention.  This will only improve their dance skills and builds confidence when performing. ABSENCES: Solo, duets or trio’s MUST call 24 hours in advance to cancel. Remember your teachers are coming in specifically for you!

Competition Accessories and Warmups
Team warmups are required for competition as well as make up and jewelry. 

Newsletter

We are no longer using the newsletter feature on this website.  We are now sending emails out via our client portal.  Please make sure we have your correct email address in our system.  Additionaly please check your SPAM filters to make sure EliteDanceStudio & EliteGymDance are being accepted.  Please note that all the information you receive during the year can also be found on our website.

Attire: 

Dance Attire is mandatory when you are on Dance Team.  Being on Team means you are representing the best of Elite Dance Studio.  We take pride in our dancers and we want you to take pride in your appearance.  Click Here for a list of attire descriptions for each class you will be taking.  Please review this list carefully.  Attire rules will be strictly enforced.

Competition Dates    
Competition dates are chosen for specific reasons so please make every effort possible to work them into your schedule

All dancers are required to compete in all the competitions that their teams will be in.  Please mark your calendar and keep these dates open.  Unless we hear from you personally, we will be entering each dancer two months in advance for the competition so we don't get closed out of the competition.  Dates are subject to change.  If you have a conflict and cannot attend, please tell us immediately.  All fees are non-refundable.  Entry from and fees must be filled out and paid one month prior to each competition.
